I recently had a driving incident that required me to seek an attorney. It was my fault, but it was being blown out of proportion, and I needed help. I told Josh my side of the story, that there were circumstances that made it difficult to discern. It wasn't a cut and dry case. Josh took the time to look into it himself. He saw for himself what i was saying that no one believed. He then got the prosecutor to review the evidence that they weren't presented with, and as a result, the penalties were reduced to a level that was more suited to the offense.
