If you’re reading this you’re probably in a lousy situation. Having no prior legal issues, or moving violations in my 36 years of driving, I was shocked (and pretty angry) to learn what I was facing with what I saw as highly subjective oui arrest. I reside in Massachusetts and didn’t know the the legal system in RI is totally different then MA. Now that it’s over I can say that I am very happy I hired Josh Macktaz. He not only knew laws and options but he also knew the system very well. It was an awful experience but the advice and guidance I received was critical for the decisions I had to make. I highly recommend him, He’s one of the best in the state.
