PROVIDENCE, RI – Troopers arrested a man and charged with 1st offense DUI and 1st offense refusal to submit a Chemical Test as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence Rhode Island. Later he was transported to Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and held overnight.
