Police Report:

Cranston Police are called to Client’s home after wife calls the police and reports an argument. When police arrive wife tells them Client was unhappy with the selection she had made for dinner and proceeded to take it off the grill and throw it on the ground. Wife then proceeded to pick up grill and throw on the driveway breaking it into pieces. Client then picks up pieces of broken grill and throws those pieces at wife’s car, damaging car.

Criminal Case Result:

DOMESTIC MALICIOUS DAMAGE: DISMISSED AND EXPUNGED OFF RECORD

DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT: DISMISSED AND EXPUNGED OFF RECORD

Police Report:

Warwick Police receive a 911 call from Client’s girlfriend’s residence. Police respond and find alleged victim sitting on outside steps holding her head and complaining of pain in her ribs. Client’s girlfriend tells police she came home from work and got into an argument with Client. During the argument, Client slapped her in the face, kicked her in the side and smashed her cell phone. Police observe injuries consistent with her statement and seize a broken iPhone. Police obtain witness statements from 2 of the victim’s friends consistent with her account of the assault.

Police Report:

North Smithfield Police receive a 911 hang-up call from Client’s residence. Police respond and find Client and his wife at home, but observe the house to be “in disarray” and red marks on the wife’s face. Wife tells police that Client slapped her during an argument over money, and Client is arrested.

Police Report:

Client is suspicious that his fiancé is cheating on him. So one day instead of going to work Client stakes out his own house to see if he can catch his fiancé cheating. Client observes an unknown male drive up to his home and be allowed inside by his fiancé. Client immediately walks into his house and hears a back bedroom door slam shut with his fiancé standing outside of the door. Client asks who the person in the bedroom is and his fiancé refuses to answer. Client then kicks in the bedroom door and discovers the unknown male in the bedroom.
