Police Report:
Smithfield Police receive information that Client is growing and selling marijuana from his garage attached to his home. Police request and obtain a warrant to do “heat analysis” of the home. After an expert conducts the “heat analysis”, combined with a high electric bill, police obtain a second warrant to search the home. Upon searching the home, police find a full-scale grow operation, as well as 4 lbs of picked marijuana.

POSSESSION W/ INTENT TO DELIVER MARIJUANA: REDUCED TO SIMPLE POSSESSION AND OFF CLIENT’S RECORD IN 1 YEAR
