The Rhode Island Country Club: Where Legacy Meets Luxury
The Rhode Island Country Club is, in a word, idyllic. Created by Donald Ross in 1911, the golf course today has been painstakingly restored and maintained to align with his vision.
Having hosted four USGA championships and countless state-level events, S. Joshua Macktaz was honored to tee up at this prestigious course.
When Ross first designed the Rhode Island Country Club course, one of his key ideals was that golf shouldn’t feel punishing—it’s meant to be enjoyable while a player tests their abilities. This legacy is still very much alive and ever-present across all 18 holes.
A Day of Good Fun for a Great Cause
In addition to sponsoring the Fairways for Freedom Golf Tournament, S. Joshua Macktaz was also pleased to get on the green himself.
