JAMESTOWN, RI – Troopers arrested a man and charged with Driving Under the Influence First Offense and refusal to submit a Chemical Test as a result of an accident investigation on Route 138 in Jamestown Rhode Island. Later he was transported, processed, and arraigned by the Justice of Peace and released into the custody of an adult.
