Police Report: Conspiracy to Possess Stolen Credit Cards
Police Report: RI State Police stop a vehicle on 95 North for an alleged traffic violation. As with many State Police stops on 95, the Client and his passenger are dark-skinned males driving a rental car with NY plates. Upon stopping and approaching the car, Troopers immediately detect a strong odor of freshly burnt marijuana coming from the interior of the vehicle. Troopers order both men out of the car and begin to search the car. In a bag in the backseat Troopers discover 300 stolen credit/gift cards. Both Client and his passenger are arrested without incident.
