Police Report:
Narragansett Police are called to the report of a loud house party. Upon arrival, police observe 25-30 URI students on the porch and in the house. As they approach the house everyone scatters in different directions to avoid arrest by the police. Police enter the house and find Client on the couch with a red plastic cup of alcohol in his possession. When asked for ID, Client provides the police with a false ID.

- Possession of Alcohol by a Minor: DISMISSED AND EXPUNGED
- Obstruction of Justice: DISMISSED AND EXPUNGED
