February 2016: Driving Under the Influence Charges

1. Criminal Charges: Driving Under the Influence .10-.15; Leaving the Scene of an Accident

Police Report: Client accidentally rear-ends the vehicle in front of his. After checking the health off the other operator, Client decides to leave the scene before the Warwick Police arrive. A short time later he receives a cell phone call from the Warwick Police demanding he return to the scene of the accident. Client gets into his car and returns to the scene, but cannot find the officer. Client then decides to drive himself to the Warwick Police Department where he is eventually met by the arresting officer. Client is taken into the back of the police department and fails 3 field-sobriety tests. Client takes the breathalyzer with results of .123 and .132
