Criminal Charges: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Drugs

Police Report:  A RI State Trooper is responding to a call when he makes an abrupt U-turn, COLLIDING with Client’s vehicle.  Police from all over show up to the scene and indicate in police reports that Client had a strong odor of alcohol, bloodshot and watery eyes, slurred speech and admitted to drinking 4 beers with 2 Vicodin’s.  No field-sobriety tests are performed as Client is taken to the hospital where he consents to the taking of his blood by police.
