Warwick Police get multiple 911 reports of an erratic driver on 95S. After a brief search, police find Client’s car in the Warwick Mall parking lot. The car is running and Client is in the driver’s seat. Police immediately notice a strong smell of alcohol, bloodshot and watery eyes and slurred speech. Client also struggles to produce the requested paperwork. Police ask Client to do field-sobriety tests, Client refuses and is promptly arrested. At the station, Client takes breathalyzer and blows .167 and .163.
