Arrested for DUI in North Providence RI

Police Report:

North Providence police on routine patrol at 3:00am observe Client’s vehicle in front of them, operating in an erratic manner. Police observe multiple lane roadway violations and other traffic infractions. Police activate emergency lights and siren and Client eventually pulls over in approximately ½ mile. Police approach the operator and observe a strong odor of alcohol, bloodshot and watery eyes and slurred speech. Client also admits to drinking. Client exits the motor vehicle and is unsteady on his feet. Client takes and fails 3 field Sobriety tests. At the station, Client takes the breathalyzer with readings of .123 and .137
