Driving Under the Influence; Breathalyzer Refusal
Narragansett Police respond to a minor accident at 1pm in the afternoon. Upon speaking with Client at the accident they observe a strong odor of alcohol, bloodshot and watery eyes and slurred speech. The police find an open bottle of wine on the front seat floor. Police cannot perform field sobriety tests because Client is a paraplegic. Police take Client to the station where he refuses the breathalyzer test.
