Rhode Island State Police (RISP) are called to the scene of a rollover accident in Exeter. When they arrive a witness approaches and tells the RISP they saw a woman crash the car, climb out of the vehicle and run into the woods. Police observe numerous bottles and empties of alcoholic beverages. At approximately the same time, a good Samaritan happens upon Client walking along a nearby road and brings her back to the crash scene. Client denies drinking and denies driving the car which is registered to her parents. Client takes and fails 3 field-sobriety tests at the scene.
