You were direct and always answered my questions

Josh, I wanted to write and thank you for the job you did with my case.  When I first met you I was so scared but you made me feel at ease in the first meeting.  I have never been in trouble before (and never will again) and I did not know what to expect.  You were direct and always answered my questions even when I asked them 3 times.  Thank you again and I would recommend you to anyone who has been arrested.  THANK YOU!
