Criminal Charges : Driving Under the Influence .08-.10

Police Report: Tiverton Police respond to a one-vehicle accident with a fence. Upon arrival the operator of the car cannot be found. Approximately 15 minutes later Client walks up to the police and admits he was operating the car. The police say they observe an odor of alcohol, an unsteady gait and mumbled speech. Client takes and fails 3 field sobriety tests and takes the breathalyzer at the station with results of .088 and .079
