1. Criminal Charges: Assault and Battery & Disorderly Conduct

Police Report:  Client is attempting to leave a nightclub in Providence when he is pushed from behind by the bouncer.  Client turns around to confront bouncer for being pushed for no reason and is then struck in the face by the bouncer.  Client and bouncer then engage in a fight and a Providence officer on duty breaks up the fight and arrests Client and not the bouncer..
