Police Report:
Client is involved in an accident and Providence Police arrive. While speaking with Client, police detect a strong odor of alcohol on Client’s breath, bloodshot/watery eyes and severely slurred speech. Client takes and fails three (3) field sobriety tests including the HGN, Walk and Turn, and One-Legged Stand. Client takes the breathalyzer at the Station and blows a .151.
