July 2013: Driving Under the Influence Above a .15

Police Report:

Several witnesses call the Lincoln Police to report an erratic driver on 146N saying “he is all over the road”. Client is followed home by one of the witnesses who then calls the Lincoln PD with the location. Police arrive and after speaking with Client detect a moderate odor of alcohol, bloodshot and watery eyes and slurred speech. Client takes the breathalyzer test at the station with results of .196.

Defense Result:

• Driving Under the Influence Above a .15: REDUCED TO RECKLESS DRIVING AND NO LOSS OF LICENSE.
