Driving Under the Influence .10-.15
Client gets into a physical confrontation with his father in their home and decides to drive to the South Kingstown Police station to file a report. Upon arriving at the station, client parks his vehicle in the portion of the parking lot reserved for police officers only. Client enters the station and is met by 2 officers who immediately detect a strong odor of alcohol on his breath, blood shot and watery eyes and mumbled speech. Client then decides not to file a report against his father and begins to leave the station. Officers tell Client he should not drive his vehicle and he should call an Uber. Client decides to drive his vehicle out of the lot and is then pulled over by multiple South Kingstown PD officers. Client takes and fails 3 field-sobriety tests and is arrested. Police search his vehicle and find multiple prescription pill bottles. At the station, Client agrees to take the breathalyzer test with results of .110 and .115
