Rhode Island State Police pull Client over at 1:45am in the morning for lane roadway violations and tinted windows. Upon running Client’s information they discover an active warrant for his arrest. Client is placed into custody. A subsequent search of Client’s vehicle reveals a loaded semi-automatic pistol underneath the driver’s seat.
