Warwick Police are called to the report of an accident on College Hill Road. When they arrive, the observe a strong odor of marijuana emanating from Client’s breath and Client admits fault in the accident. Police conduct 3 field sobriety tests which Client fails. Police seize approximately 2 ounces of marijuana from Client’s vehicle.
