Bristol Police are called to a Roger Williams University dorm room after a RA reported smelling a strong odor of marijuana emanating from my Client’s dorm room.  Upon entering the room police observe a large bag of suspected marijuana on one of the beds in the room.  When asked, Client admits the marijuana belongs to him and not his roommate.
