Police Report:
Warren Police obtain a radar speed of 57MPH in a 25MPH zone on Client’s car. Police activate lights and Client does not immediately pull to the side. Once puled over, police approach vehicle and immediately detect a moderate odor of alcohol on Client’s breath, bloodshot watery eyes and slurred speech. Client hands police a repair bill when asked for the registration. Client takes and fails 3 field-sobriety tests. At the station, Client takes the breathalyzer and blows .111 and .109.
