Block Island Police respond to an accident without injuries. Client’s vehicle first struck a parked car (pushing it 35’) and then severed a light pole. Police find Client in the front passenger seat uninjured. Police say they observe Client to have a strong odor of alcohol, bloodshot and watery eyes as well as mumbled speech. Client is unsteady on his feet when exiting the car, and proceeds to fail 3 field-sobriety tests. Client is arrested and then refuses the Breathalyzer at the station.
