1. Criminal Charges: Domestic Assault and Battery

Police Report:  Client and his wife have an argument in a Jamestown restaurant.  Waitress claims she sees Client grabbing wife’s arms and pushing her around.  Waitress calls police and Client is arrested in the restaurant.
