  1. 1. Criminal Charges: Driving Under the Influence >.15, 2nd Offense

Police Report:  Pawtucket police are called to the scene of a one-car accident. Upon arrival they discover Client laying on the ground outside of his vehicle semi-conscious. Police immediately observe a strong odor of alcohol, bloodshot and watery eyes and Client is speaking with mumbled speech. Client takes and fails 3 field-sobriety tests. At the hospital, police obtain a blood sample showing Client’s alcohol level at .210. Client had been previously convicted of 2 DUI’s, one within the last 5 years.
