Criminal Charges: Driving Under the Influence <.15

Police Report:  Coventry Police are conducting a traffic stop when Client’s car drives by them at a high rate of speed and came “within inches” of the police cruiser. Police leave the first stop and begin to follow Client’s car noticing numerous lane roadway violations. Police stop car and, upon approaching the vehicle, observe a moderate odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle, bloodshot and watery eyes and slightly mumbled speech. Client refuses all field-sobriety tests. At the station, Client takes Breathalyzer test with readings of .110 and .121.
