1. Criminal Charges: Driving Under the Influence .10-.15

Police Report:  North Kingstown police on routine patrol obtain a radar result of 65 in a 35MPH on Client’s car.  Police turn around and begin to follow the car and observe numerous lane roadway violations before stopping the vehicle.  Upon approaching the car, police observe Client to have an odor of alcohol and difficulty producing requested documents.  Upon exiting the vehicle at police request, Client required the car door for stability.  The client took and failed 3 field sobriety tests and failed a preliminary breath test with a .090 result.  Back at the station Client took the breathalyzer and had readings of .107 and .106

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE .10-.15          REDUCED TO RECKLESS DRIVING AND NO LOSS OF LICENSE
