Criminal Charges: Driving Under the Influence; Breathalyzer Refusal

Police Report: West Warwick police receive a report of a hit and run with minor damage in the parking lot of a local apartment complex. Caller reports finding Client slumped over the steering wheel which is where police eventually find him. Police open door and immediately notice about a dozen empty beer cans. Client has a strong odor of alcohol, bloodshot and watery eyes and severely mumbled speech. Client fails 3 field-sobriety tests, and refuses the breathalyzer at the station.
