Criminal Charges: Driving Under the Influence, .10-.15

Police Report: East Greenwich Police are on routine patrol when they are flagged down by an unidentified witness who describes a black VW traveling down Main Street in an erratic and unsafe manner. Police begin to look for the car and find a black Toyota parked in the Starbuck’s parking lot with its engine running. Police approach driver’s side and immediately notice Client in front seat eating a sandwich. Police smell the odor of alcohol and find an empty beer can in the back seat. Client refuses the field-sobriety tests at the scene, but agrees to take the breathalyzer at the station with readings of .108 and .110.
