Police Report: Westerly Police observe Client’s vehicle operating in front of the police cruiser, but pulling away at a high rate of speed. As the attempt to pull over Client’s car it makes an abrupt right turn going off the pavement for a short distance before eventually coming to a stop. Police approach car and observe Client to be having a difficult time removing his license. When asked to recite the alphabet, Client begins to sing to the Westerly police. Client exits the vehicle, fails 5 field-sobriety tests and is arrested. At the station, Client agrees to take the test with readings of .150 and .158
