Police Report: Driving Under the Influence, BAC .10-.15
Police Report: Cranston Police stop Client’s vehicle for numerous traffic violations. Police approach the car and observe Client to have a moderate odor of alcohol coming from his breath and bloodshot eyes. Client admits to having a “couple drinks” with dinner. Upon exiting the vehicle, Police observe Client to be unsteady on his feet. Client takes and fails 3 field-sobriety tests, and at the Station takes the Breathalyzer with results of .105 and .107.
