Police Report:
Smithfield Police respond to a one-car accident near Bryant University. Upon arriving they observe Client’s car on its roof, and Client sitting on the side of the road being helped by other motorists. Police say they observe a moderate odor of alcohol, bloodshot and watery eyes and mumbled speech. Client takes and fails three (3) field-sobriety tests. At the station, Client agrees to take the breathalyzer and blows .145 and .149
