Police Report:

Woonsocket Police are called to Client’s apartment after neighbors called police about a loud argument. Upon arrival, police observe the Client to be crying and her husband with scratches on his face. The house also appears as though there had been a fight. Police arrest Client and find 4 OxyContin pills in her pocket for which she has no prescription.

Criminal Case Result:

  • Possession of OxyContin: DISMISSED AND EXPUNGED
  • Assault and Battery (Domestic): DISMISSED AND EXPUNGED
  • Disorderly Conduct (Domestic): DISMISSED AND EXPUNGED
