Criminal Charges: Domestic Assault and Battery

Police Report: Middletown Police are called to Client’s home, by Client, to report that he has been assaulted by his ex-wife during a child visitation exchange. Police arrive and separate all parties, and after talking to both people decide that Client was the aggressor and arrest him. The alleged victim had told the police she was grabbed from behind and then pushed as she was picking up their child after an argument.
