Criminal Charges: Boating Under the Influence, Breathalyzer Refusal

Police Report: Coventry Police are called to Johnson’s pond for a report of a jet ski accident. Upon arrival police observe Client lying on the ground being tended to by paramedics for a serious arm injury. The police observe an odor of alcohol coming from Client’s breath, bloodshot and watery eyes and mumbled speech. Client admitted to drinking before riding his jet ski, but refused to take the Breathalyzer test.
