May 2013: Driving Under the Influence

Police Report:

Client is observed by Warwick Police to drive through a stop sign. Client then leads police on a chase which ends in an accident with a tree after refusing to stop for their flashing lights. Police observe Client to have an odor of alcohol, bloodshot/watery eyes and fought with the police at the scene. Client is arrested and transported to the hospital where he consents to a blood test showing both alcohol and marijuana in his blood..

Defense Result:

• Driving Under the Influence: DISMISSED WITH NO LOSS OF LICENSE.
