April 2013: Driving Under the Influence; B.A.C. between .10-.15

Police Report:

Criminal Police Report: Woonsocket Police receive an anonymous call of an erratic driver and attempt to find the vehicle in question. After approximately 45 minutes, the police find the vehicle and pull Client’s car over. Upon approaching the driver’s side window, police immediately smell a strong odor of alcohol, bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. Client takes and fails 2 field sobriety tests. At the station, Client agrees to take the breath test with the results being .106 and .111.

Defense Result:

• Driving Under the Influence: DISMISSED AND EXPUNGED WITH NO LOSS OF LICENSE.
